We want shipping to be easy to follow from checkout to doorstep. Here is how we handle it at Jenner California.

Where we ship

Countries: We currently ship within the United States and the United Kingdom.
Future expansion: We are looking into adding more destinations.

Shipping costs

Cost: Free shipping on every order.
No hidden fees: The price shown at checkout is the final delivery price.

Order processing time

Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. This gives us time to check, pack and dispatch your items correctly.
Weekend orders: Anything ordered over the weekend is processed on the next business day.

Transit time

Estimated delivery: 4 to 6 business days once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping days: Orders go out Monday through Friday.
Please note: Delivery windows are estimates and can shift for reasons outside our control, such as high demand, carrier delays or weather. If that happens we keep you updated.
Total delivery time: Altogether, expect your order within roughly 5 to 8 business days from the day you place it.

How we ship

Trusted carriers: We ship with established couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS.
Insured shipments: Every order is insured in transit. If something is lost or damaged along the way, reach out to our support team.

Tracking your order

Tracking details: Once your order ships you receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier handling your delivery.

Missing items

If something is missing from your delivery, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at support@jenner-california.com. We look into it right away and either send a replacement or arrange a refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. For full details please see our refund policy.
